Block Unit

Each element which helps compose the totality of a programme, website or technology solutive for example, can be perceived as a Block Unit; on its own, this measurement of composition, can hold as much value as a series of Block Units: as the scope of how small or big its valuation is, is determined by network input and output, and not necessarily just by the carrier magnitude.
