WXV And Intellectual Property, In Respect To The WWW (World Wide Web)
When constituting a website, to clarify: this can be on an internet, intranet, or as an embedded system on a singular website (i.e. microsite). Because of web economics, WXV is the consolidated home, to many prior art websites, and it is such, that they are still considered websites (even if offline), as the artifacts of these websites, may never cease to exist, and the representations, in the form of logos, logotypes, and other typology, are “keyed” in and shown publicly on the WXV web, and the WXV website; and these logos (etc.) are all minimal essential digital forms°.
This goes without saying, that some internal and external sites, are not all considered to be websites, even if they look like a website, and some displays, which are merely logos or logotypes, are websites inside of their respective graphic representation.
These clarifications are deemed necessary, as inflation, and “saturation”, are consistent issues when businesses primarily operate online, and because of these economics, consolidating over time (securely, ethically, and stably) made the most sense, when technology (which can be archaic), is considered, as over time, as in the case of the internet and web; some technologies can become obsolete.
The value does not change, if in the case of WXV’s web, that there were no e-commerce transactions conducted at all through WXV’s former web, as all sales were tangible and offline, when WXV and its internet and web is concerned. The Scale Up As A Systemic Methodology
As a scale up, using the “Scale Up” and “Scaling Up” method as a systematic approach to improving this entity and its previous formulations, WXV is entitled to having the ability to enter the market and access (i.e. the mid market), where the containerisation of the market deems fit. The important part of this clarification, is so that there are limitations to where WXV can exist, and “exponential” boundaries, which are market enablers, is that a scale up, isn’t everything. The definition of AIP°, defines itself as being a stratagem, which is enclosed as an isolated object, whether digital or non digital as an intellectual property, which contains its own definable attributes, personified as an objectable entity.
