Why engineering an org design, creates more solutions than problems

Like most org designers, whom craft an org design, they are, every time, designed by them, to have an absence of problems. And in many cases there are no solutions tied to an org design.

They look easy to create, some org designers create one or two a year, others, a multitude; but regardless of quantity associated with an org, the quality is the most important part: as mentioned, not necessarily for a net gain however.

Restricting the outcome of what an org design does to a reader, is where the trained org designer and not trained, are separated.
